To publish, comment, or monetize content, you must create a user account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to secure it.

4. Author Content and Ownership

4.1 Ownership

You retain full copyright and ownership of your original works uploaded to the Platform. By publishing on SignedPublishing.com, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

  • Display your work publicly to readers.
  • Promote your stories in marketing materials, banners, newsletters, and social media.
  • Create temporary cached or backup copies for technical purposes.

You may remove your work from the Platform at any time, which revokes this license moving forward.

4.2 Author Responsibilities

You agree that your content will:

  • Not infringe any copyright, trademark, or third-party rights.
  • Not contain hate speech, child exploitation, or unlawful material.
  • Not violate privacy, defame others, or promote violence.

We reserve the right to remove or moderate content that violates these rules or our Community Guidelines.

5. Reader Conduct

  • Respect all authors and community members.
  • Avoid plagiarism, unauthorized downloads, or reposting content without permission.
  • Not use bots, scripts, or exploits to manipulate metrics or bypass systems.
  • Refrain from harassment, spam, or hate speech.

Violation may result in suspension or permanent banning of your account.

6. Monetization and Payments

6.1 Author Earnings

Authors may earn through paid chapters, ad revenue, or contests. Payouts and revenue splits are outlined in the Author Earnings Agreement, which must be accepted separately to withdraw funds.

6.2 Payment Processing

All transactions are handled through third-party processors (e.g., Stripe). By using these services, you agree to their terms. Signed Publishing is not responsible for processor errors, delays, or restrictions.

7. Intellectual Property

All design, trademarks, logos, software, and UI elements of the Platform are the property of Signed & Stamped Publishing House LLC. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or resell any part of the Platform.

8. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful behavior. Upon termination, all licenses granted to us will end except as required by law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signed & Stamped Publishing House LLC shall not be liable for loss of data, profits, or revenue, unauthorized access, or service interruptions. Total liability shall not exceed any fees paid in the prior 12 months.

11. Changes to the Platform

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time, with or without notice. Major updates will be announced via the Platform or email.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mississippi, USA. Any disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in Mississippi, unless prohibited by law.
